Author and national expert Dr. Barbara Greenberg will be a guest on fitsmi.com Radio on Thursday, July 19th at 3:30 p.m. (ET). Dr. Greenberg will provide insight and share tips on building positive body image in teen girls, especially if they are struggling with being overweight.
