Mark Russell Geyer, M.D is a sports medicine specialist focused on treating injuries of the knee, hip and shoulder. He studied at Baylor College of Medicine, receiving his M.D. with honors in 2006. Geyer received world class training in the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program, Duke University Medical Center from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to present, he has been training at The Steadman Clinic Sports Medicine Fellowship in Vail, CO. He has extensive experience in team coverage.

Dr. Geyer desires to help all athletes and people wanting to stay active. He accomplishes this by giving personalized attention to every step of the healing process and helping each person reach their individual goals.

A native to the Spring Branch area, Geyer is an avid sports enthusiast himself, staying active by golfing, cycling, mountain biking, and skiing, and any activities that give him an excuse to be outside. He and his wife, a native Houstonian, get even more exercise attempting to keep up with their two young children.

Maxwell Adu-Lartey, DO is a fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon who grew up in both Ghana and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His speciality is the treatment and repair of lumbar, thoracic, and cervical degenerative conditions.

He earned degrees in chemistry and biological sciences as well as a minor in physical sciences. His medical degree was awarded from Oklahoma State University College of Medicine, where he was involved with extensive geriatric research at the prestigious John Hopkins University. He was awarded a National Medical Fellow in Academic Medicine award, “Best Personality Award” and “Mind, Body and Spirit Award” for his dedication and commitment to patient care and humanity.

Dr. Adu-Lartey's spare time is spent with his lovely wife and sons participating in many outdoor activities.
