If a person is not on the right diet for them, then it will either be too difficult or not effective enough for them to want to continue with it.

A survey commissioned by Differ Diets recently revealed that three-quarters of Britons fail to see their diets through to the end. What is more, 89 per cent found that their diets were not that suitable for them to achieve their unique personal goals.
Dr. AbuHadi of the Islamabad Diagnostic Clinic believes the two figures are linked: “If a person is not on the right diet for them, then it will either be too difficult or not effective enough for them to want to continue with it.”
“The problem is there are so many diet programmes offering a universal solution, when really each person has their own unique requirements.”
In order to deal with the saturated market, graduate Astan Morarji has set up the diet comparison website, Differ Diets.
Much like price comparison websites which find the best deal for the consumer, Differ Diets finds the best diet for the individual dieter based upon all of their needs and requirements.
As Astan Morarji explains: “Following my struggle to lose weight whilst growing up, I tried many different diets with the same ineffective result. I found that certain diets were suited to certain people, hence the varying degrees of success and failure.”
Amanda Linnett, a 49 year old from Peterborough, has recently used Differ Diets to find the right diet programme for her.
"After numerous failed attempts, I used Differ Diets and instantly identified a diet that was right for me. It accommodated for my lack of desire to exercise, inability to cook and fussy eating-habits."
