Blue Plate Named One of Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.

Blue Plate Chicago has been named one of Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to work for by The National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This accolade is an honor to receive as winning companies must display a commitment to excellence in their human resources practices and employee enrichment.

Organizations are judged in categories such as Communication and Shared Vision, Benefits and Employee Solutions, Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention, Employee Education and Development, Recruitment, Selection and Orientation, Employee Achievement and Recognition, Diversity and Inclusion, Work-Life Balance, Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance with only the strongest programs receiving the high honor. The NABR selected only 101 companies that best represent the most innovative human resource programs to date. The wining companies will be honored at the Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For symposium and award luncheon on Monday, August 20, 2012.

Initiatives that helped Blue Plate win this award include: flex work schedules, employee book clubs and walking groups, wellness programs, daily healthy lunch options, money management and educational seminars, company-wide charitable initiatives and free parking, just to name a few.
