Mobile presentation company UpSync, has released the latest version of its cloud-based software. The newest features further simplify the creation of mobile presentations, content management and HTML5 app delivery to field sales, training and service organizations.
Added to this release, UpSync 3.0 now boasts enhanced content management functionality, including “Quick Search” to instantly find assets and presentations by keyword and direct content pulls from SharePoint®. According to Vice President, Gary Galusha, "This allows organizations to easily extend the value of their legacy content and collaboration system investments in support of mobile employees." A “Favorites” tag has also been added to UpSync’s content management feature set, allowing reps to quickly access their most used images, slides, videos, PDFs, presentations and rich HTML5 apps and interactive content.

Enhanced contact management and reporting functionality provides one-touch sharing with prospects and colleagues, along with reporting on what content is most frequently viewed and shared. To ensure that reps always have the most up to date content any minimize those awkward “in-the-field” surprises, each time users synch with the server, a “What’s New” panel appears with a navigable list of new or changed content.
UpSync supports both single platform and BYOD sales mobility strategies including laptops, smartphones and tablets and is also available as a browser-based Web application. UpSync 3.0 supports iPad and iPhones. A free trial version may be downloaded via the Apple App Store or iTunes. The mobile app supports iPads with iOS 5.0 or later, iPhone 3GS, and 4S, iPod Touch 3rd and 4th generation. UpSync currently supports English, French, German and Italian and is ideal for enterprise level and mid-size organizations with a field sales force.
