Swiss Post Solutions, Inc. (“SPS”), a premier provider of outsourcing and digitization solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Clark as Client Director for the Western United States region. Ms. Clark will report to Dan Cole, Regional Vice President.
Based in Los Angeles, California, Ms. Clark will oversee the SPS operations in the Southwestern US and along the West Coast, working closely with clients to manage the development and implementation of solutions as well as ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. In addition, she will be responsible for operational compliance and successful execution of all processes and procedures, coaching and development of onsite SPS Client Service Managers, and ensuring adherence to the SPS Account Governance model.

Ms. Clark has been part of the Swiss Post Solutions organization since 2006, and currently serves on the company’s global Centers of Excellence team for Front of House services.
