Over 1800 Trees Have Been Planted in Our National Parks

A tree is planted to replace each wood cabinet purchase on Kitchen Resource Direct’s website. The KRD Plant-a-Tree program started in March 2012, donating hundreds of trees to our national parks.

For each cabinet purchase, online retailer Kitchen Resource Direct will plant a tree in one of our national parks in your name. Since March when the KRD Plant-a-Tree program began, over 1800 trees have been planted.

“It’s been incredible to hear the feedback from our customers and other business owners that want to do the same thing,” explains Benjamin Gordon, Vice President of Kitchen Resource Direct. “Reducing your footprint while purchasing a product you love feels amazing.”

Shortly after a customer purchases kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Resource Direct, they will receive a Plant-a-Tree Certificate from the United States Department of Agriculture, honoring them for their contribution.

Kitchen Resource Direct sells many different styles of discount kitchen cabinets online, including already assembled cabinets that are made in USA. On staff kitchen designers lend their free help as well via the website or by calling them toll free at 1-877-573-0088.
