E-MeDirectory.com has added some new features to its electronic directory. Now, members can not only create an unlimited number of personal directories, but members can customize the type of information they store depending on the needs of directory they create. For example, for friends and relatives, one may choose to add information about the contact's birthday, favorite color, favorite flavor, etc. For business contacts, one may choose to add 'type of business' or other custom information. All information is stored safely and securely on e-MeDirectory's site, with only the member having access to this personal contact information.

Jo-Anne Bliss, the site's CEO, has vowed to utilize feedback from members about features they would like to see in order to update and revise e-MeDirectory and e-MePurplePages to ensure that the site provides the most practical, useful and in-demand tools. In fact, the site is working on a number of other cool features, including a member feedback page from which suggestions will be taken and, according to their viability, implemented on the site.

Also coming down the pike is a 'lost and found' for members to be able to help other members locate people for whom they are searching. Of course, contact info of this type is considered 'private' and will never be publicly displayed until and unless the individual him- or herself joins and posts that info. However, people will be able to tell stories about how they found the site helpful; they will be able to relay their 'reunion' stories on our blog, as well.

Another cool feature that is being developed is MyVault, where users can safely and securely store sensitive information such as user ids and passwords for various entities to which they belong. Sensitive documents can be stored as well, in case of computer crashes and/or lost cell phones.

This extremely useful, exciting and fun directory can be found by logging onto: e-Medirectory.com. The business listings and business search can be found at emepurplepages.com. There is never a charge to search, nor is there ever a charge to post either private or business information, so emepurplepages encourages small business owners to post their business contact information, upload their logo and even attach special offers and coupons to their pages.
