Posiq, the leader in restaurant customer relationship management (CRM), today announced that Point of Sale (POS) channel sales executive Joel Snyder has been appointed to its Advisory Board. Snyder brings over 30 years of experience in developing POS channel and value added reseller (VAR) opportunities from Posiflex, Squirrel Systems, IPOS Marketing and recently Aldelo, where he helped shape strategic direction leading to the organization’s launch of its XERA POS systems

Snyder is a Managing Partner for IPOS Marketing, where he is responsible for providing marketing direction and consulting services to organizations that supply, sell and support products and services for the POS market across North America. At Aldelo, Snyder led vendor and dealer relationships for the organization’s XERA line of POS systems, and was instrumental in championing numerous third-party and strategic partner programs that led to the product line’s rapid growth.

Prior to Aldelo, Snyder served as director of sales for Posiflex, a leading POS and industrial touch terminal manufacturer and supplier, where he was responsible for developing two of the organization’s (now) largest accounts: Open Table and First Data. Snyder also managed regional sales for POS developer Squirrel Systems, as well as managed sales for Datasym and Micros Systems.
