BB Direct, a multi-channel direct marketing firm based in Cape Coral, Florida has recently released new additions to their Consumer Masterfile that target especially affluent individuals. These new segments include million dollar homeowners and luxury car owners and are ideal for upscale offers such as luxury products, travel offers and investment information.

BB Direct CEO, Brian Berg, feels these new segments will allow marketers to “identify and focus on more granulated segments of the wealthy population.” In addition, Berg states, “the purchasing power and purchasing activity is far greater than any other segment by 5 to 1 .”

Consumers in the million dollar homeowner niche are an average age of 57 years old with a net worth of $750,000+ and live in a home valued at more than $1 million. Million dollar homeowners are most responsive to offers for insurance, upscale home decor, garden services, and investments.

Luxury car owners included on the file are an average age of 55 years old with a net worth of $500,000 and own at least one upscale, luxury vehicle ranging from Mercedes to Aston Martin’s. Consumers in this segment respond well to offers for car care, car upgrades and specialty parts, insurance, and travel.
