Attorney Rajan Singh Joins the Firm's Corporate Law Section

Rajan Singh joins Williams Mullen as an associate

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Rajan Singh has joined the firm as an associate on the Corporate team. Based in the firm’s Norfolk office, Mr. Singh will assist William Old and John Mitchell in retail transactional matters by focusing his practice on strategic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets activities and business restructurings as part of the firm's Retail Industry Service Group.

Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Mr. Singh was an associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP in Washington, D.C., where he was part of the financial restructuring group, and O'Melveny & Myers LLP in New York, where he was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group.

Williams Mullen's lawyers also represent private equity firms specializing in investing in maturing national retailers at the pre-IPO stage.

Mr. Singh earned his B.S., cum laude, from George Mason University, his Certificate in Business and Public Policy from University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and his juris doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
