Summer time is here and now is the time for riding season! It is important for motorcyclists who plan on traveling across the United States to know each state’s motorcycle helmet law. The Buckfire & Buckfire motorcycle accident lawyers in Michigan created a state by state Motorcycle Helmet Laws Graphic to visually display the helmet law requirements in every state.
The Motorcycle Helmet Laws graphic is a map of the United States, with a color key that defines the helmet laws in each state. The map is displayed on the back of biker’s black-distressed leather jacket. There are five different variations in motorcycle helmet requirements throughout the United States; including Free Choice (no helmet restrictions) to NO CHOICE (everyone riding a motorcycle must wear a bike helmet).
On the graphic, you will also find the top three states in the U.S. that have the highest fines and maximum jail time for violating their bike helmet law. Georgia is the toughest on motorcyclists who violate the helmet law, with a $1,000 fine and 12 month of jail time.
"At Buckfire Law, we understand the importance and value of knowing the motorcycle helmet laws in each state. This prompted the creation of the Helmet Laws Graphic. As a resource to motorcyclists we now offer the graphic as a wallet card and sticker for free," says Attorney and Partner Daniel L. Buckfire.
To view the graphic in full detail and/or order a free wallet card visit http://bit.ly/MIMotorcycleAccidentLawyers. Here you will find an order form to make your request for the helmet laws wallet card.
Due to the high demand of the wallet cards, over 1,000 requests from motorcyclists, our Buckfire & Buckfire motorcycle accident attorneys are now offering the Motorcycle Helmet Laws Graphic as a sticker! There is a limited amount of stickers available, so only the first 100 people who request a motorcycle helmet laws wallet card will receive this sticker. This is a limited time offer so request your card now and get riding!
