UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) industry specialist Mark Sadler has left EATON Corporation in the UK to join Critical Power Supplies in a newly created role as Sales Manager. He takes up the mantle this month (July 2012) and will be based at the company’s Thame, Oxfordshire head office. He will be responsible for looking after the company’s UK-wide customer base (including Northern Ireland), plus channel partners and developing sales.

“Mark is stepping from a large corporation to a young and by comparison small company, but one which is Safe Contractor approved and has been awarded Investors in People status,” says Jason Koffler, Critical Power Supplies Managing Director. "Mark brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the company and our customer base - we look forward to him being part of the team.”

Sadler has 17 years of industry experience behind him and a wealth of knowledge of products from all manufacturers. He is skilled at creating strong and lasting relationships at all levels, within any size organisation and has a history of successful revenue growth. For the twelve months prior to joining Critical Power Supplies, he was solely responsible for managing channel partner relationships in excess of 2 million. He is (unsurprisingly) also extremely customer-focused and service orientated and will bring those talents to bear ensuring Critical Power Supplies’ customers are taken care of and their expectations met.

“I am looking forward to working as part of the team at Critical Power Supplies and ensuring sales growth through developing and nurturing positive customer relationships. It’s a smaller company than EATON but the role I’ll be developing is very similar to the one I have just come from; same products – and the same types of customer in many cases. I am also looking forward to working closely with Jason to develop the business further,” Sadler commented.
