Dandy Points Launched as Topsoil Company Introduces Customer Loyalty Scheme

Nationwide top soil and landscaping products supplier, Dandy’s Topsoil, have launched their new “Dandy Points” scheme as part of their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

As part of our commitment to excelling in customer service, the decision to implement a rewards scheme was an easy one to make.

The “Dandy Points” will be awarded for every £1 spent on Dandy's Topsoil and gardening supplies website and will provide monetary discounts off future orders placed by repeat customers.

This scheme marks another first from Dandy’s within the topsoil and landscape supplies industry.

Managing Director and Owner, Adam Dandy, commented: “We’ve noticed a marked increase in repeat custom lately and, as part of our commitment to excelling in customer service, the decision to implement a rewards scheme was an easy one to make.”

So far the loyalty reward scheme has proven extremely popular with customers – particularly those returning to the site with money off vouchers and to shop the up to 50% sale currently featured on Dandy’s e-commerce site http://www.DandysTopsoil.co.uk.

Recently Dandy’s topped the poll at independent feedback site, http://www.ReviewCentre.com, as ‘best gardening centre’ following huge amounts of positive feedback from their customers; an notable accolade for the company and one they are extremely proud of.

Sales Manager, Simon Hughes, said; “I’m impressed by our sales team every day and proud that they go out of their way to provide excellent customer service; be it retaining existing clients, securing new ones or making sure that pending orders are fulfilled properly.”

The feedback ranges from congratulations on excellent customer retention and service from the sales team; to accolades for the company’s vehicle drivers and the production team developing the business’s best-selling, exclusive topsoil blends.

The ‘Dandy Points’ loyalty card scheme was launched at the start of the week and savvy shoppers have already taken advantage by combining their loyalty points with up to 50% off sale savings and by using voucher codes found in Dandy’s newsletters, on Facebook and by following @DandysDirect on Twitter.

Dandy's Topsoil began selling their gardening products online in 2004 when they were the first in the industry to sell topsoil. They remain UK market leaders in the top soil industry, producing new, innovative and bespoke blends each year.
The company recently received funding from the Welsh Assembly Government to assist in new projects which will bring jobs and new business to North Wales.
