Online bookings on the menu for tastecard customers thanks to Livebookings partnership

The relationship means that, for the first time, tastecard customers can book their restaurant deal online, through the tastecard website.

The relationship means that, for the first time, tastecard customers can book their restaurant deal online, through the tastecard website.

tastecard has 700,000 customers, all of whom have access to deals at over 6,473 restaurants – expected to rise to 8,500 by the end of 2012. Not only does the partnership respond to growing consumer demand for dining deals, it gives those restaurants working with tastecard the opportunity to make significant operational and cost savings. A large proportion of tastecard bookings will now be automated and will instantly appear in the restaurant’s reservations diary. This reduces staff time spent managing phone bookings and helps the restaurant maximise table availability and generate more revenue.
