PerformMatch Call Center Monitoring solves one of the largest problems related to the recent spike in call center generated leads – the lack of transparency and compliance controls. The new service automatically transcribes the client’s audio files from each call interaction. PerformMatch then reviews and analyzes the files to identify possible compliance violations with federal regulations and the school’s own brand marketing guidelines.
