Men and women looking to improve their health and fitness have a reliable online resource for health information from certified professionals, including the option to ask personal questions, with the launch of a revitalized http://www.gforcetraining.com. The new G Force website also includes a client login section which allows clients to view their private files and review their progress at their own convenience.
The new G Force website now has an “Ask the Expert” tab at the bottom of every page which allows clients and non-clients alike personal and free access to the company’s certified personal trainers. Clients may ask their trainers questions that arise between sessions about their specific program; and general website visitors can limit their online research with personalized responses to their health and wellness questions.
G Force Home Training clients have the added bonus of a members’ section that contains their health and fitness information in a secured location within the website. Client files remain private while allowing clients the opportunity to view their recorded progress, such as strength and fitness improvements, body fat percentage and weight loss.
“Personal training is traditionally a hands-on service, and so I’m pleased our new company website makes us more accessible to more people,” says Gidon Gabbay, founder of G Force Home Training. “I’m most excited about our future plans to shoot and upload video tips on the site. We’ve already got ideas in the works which include fun, helpful information and at the same time opens the doors for people to get to know us on a more personal level - before even meeting us!”
Along with the new website, G Force is offering a free trial session involving an assessment to learn about the client’s body type, lifestyle and goals in order to assess an appropriate customized personal fitness and nutrition program. This complimentary session also allows the interested participant to learn about the G Force philosophy, service value and training styles to determine if G Force is right for them.
