The intuitive application can be used to quickly share information internally as well as with external parties, such as by providing Service Level Agreements, Service Offerings, or process management documentation. It can generate one-off documents, or schedule automated reports, pulling the most up-to-date content from the repository and repeatedly publishing templates whenever required.

Amongst the new functionality in Communicator4Word 2011.1 R2 is a batch generation feature, which enables users to create multiple output documents from a single template by automatically switching the object being focused on.
Therefore if an organisation has a number of core business processes, they can create one template based on one of those processes, reporting its relationships to other objects and then detailing those objects and associations as well. This template can then be used to automatically generate documents for each of the core processes all in one operation.
In addition, the administration installation has been simplified with one simple setup installing all the required components and enabling normal users to run the application. Once installed the application is now compatible with Casewise Modeler Suite 2009.2 and 2011.1 and Office 2007 and 2010.
