For Our Country, a Nashville-based non-profit organization, announces their partnership with Sahl Communications, Inc, a Bethlehem, PA and Washington DC metro area based Communications and Public Relations firm.

“For Our Country was started because we have a debt to our Nation’s service members – to provide for those who have so selflessly provided so much for us,” said Rogers Masson, Producer for For Our Country. “Every one of these service members, past and present, has a compelling story to tell – and we want to help give them the platform from which to tell that story. We are pleased to be teaming up with Sahl Communications, Inc to help us accomplish our goals.”

“Many of the music industry’s top country recording artists are coming together to benefit a common cause – our Nation’s Veterans,” said Kim I. Plyler, president Sahl Communications, Inc. “We are honored to be working with Rogers Masson and the For Our Country team. As a veteran-owned company we take great pride in helping our military. This project allows us to tell the service members’ stories while incorporating the arts, and that is vital to our mission.”
For Our Country is an album consisting of songs written by industry professional songwriters and based on the stories received from military troops and veterans. These songs are recorded by country artists who believe in the need to raise awareness through the sharing of those military service members’ experiences and voices.
For Our Country is requesting material from active-duty military personnel and veterans, in the form of songs, poems or letters about his or her experience. Submissions can be sent through http://www.forourcountry.org.

Proceeds from the sale of the album will go to established non-profit organizations focusing on Veterans who have been wounded while serving their country.
