Dialtel Inc, a leading provider of Voice Broadcasting Services since 2004, is pleased to announce free Call Recording for customers using Live Transfer Campaigns.

Free Call Recording

Our goal is to provide an interface rich in features without raising the cost for using our service.

Call Recording is the latest free feature from Dialtel. It is being implemented to enhance the Live Transfer Leads campaigns that customers create. While most companies are charging extra fees for the use of Call Recording, Dialtel is continuing to keep low rates with no extra charges for premium features.

Call Recording will increase the load on servers running it. This is a logical reason many service providers will charge extra for this kind of service. But Dialtel, Inc CEO Erik Scanlan said in a statement, "Our goal is to provide an interface rich in features without raising the cost for using our service. We take a one time hit to add more servers to handle the extra loads, but this is a one time cost we hope to make up with new customer acquisitions."

Customers can now use this feature to monitor the conversations on transferred calls. This helps with both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). For example, with Quality Control you can make sure that the sales agents are displaying solid phone skills. With Quality Assurance you can train them on how to correct the mistakes that are costing you sales.

The constant improvement of your campaigns is critical to your overall success. Finding a strategy on your first attempt is not likely, but Dialtel hopes to help customers find that strategy utilizing its Hosted Call Center Services.

Imagine the implications that Call Recording can have on your organization. You will be able to address any issues to the sales floor and increase profitability through the constant improvement of the sales metrics.
