We take a one time hit to add more servers to handle the extra loads, but this is a one time cost we hope to make up with new customer acquisitions."
Customers can now use this feature to monitor the conversations on transferred calls. This helps with both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). For example, with Quality Control you can make sure that the sales agents are displaying solid phone skills. With Quality Assurance you can train them on how to correct the mistakes that are costing you sales.
