Shortly after FCTI's selection as the preferred ATM Service provider for Smith Drug, the partnership has resulted in contracts at 16 new pharmacy locations, with an additional 25 to close in August. The new contracts represent a 1% growth in the overall FCTI ATM portfolio and expand the breadth of industries served to include pharmacies in addition to travel centers, hotels and grocery retailers.
“FCTI is thrilled to secure contracts with additional Smith Drug locations” says President, Paul Cooley. “We strive to maintain a diverse client base across several industries. The additional contracts with Smith Drug give us a deeper insight into the Pharmaceutical industry enabling us to identify greater growth opportunities for the independent pharmacies.”
Focused on a customer-centric growth approach and the delivery of cost-effective solutions, FCTI has not only been able to secure more contracts and expand their client portfolio, they have been able to establish long term relationships as a preferred ATM vendor.
“Here at Smith Drug Company, we strive to provide our members with the best vendors and services possible. FCTI has provided excellent service and we are thrilled to see our members taking advantage of this opportunity.” said Christa Hampton, Marketing Director of Smith Drug Company.
FCTI partnered with Smith Drug as the preferred ATM service provider in April 2012.
