Sometimes, people take personal records for granted. They don’t realize how important they are until they are confronted with situations that require it. This is what happened to author Bob McGarry when an in-depth interview with a Cardiac Surgeon a few years back—regarding his late parents and childhood medical specifics—made him realise that a system of recording is needed for one’s medical history. Thus, My Life Health Journal was born.

Hard Copy Genealogical records are essential, not only to keep track of one’s roots, but also to take note of common medical conditions that may passed down from one generation to another. My Life Health Journal is designed to record personal health & physical aspects occurring during one’s lifetime. Entries should briefly record details including: dates, names of practitioners/specialists. Names of illnesses and other relevant information should also be noted down in the event that it may be required later in life.

A useful reference, My Life Health Journal will help readers in collecting personal records for their own use and at the same time make a significant contribution to their family history.

This book will be featured at the 2012 Frankfurt Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, on October 10-14, 2012.
