TriMastery released the replay of the Triathlon Training Webinar on Science, Form, and Fitness, for those who want to access free, highly valued content on Triathlon Training. TriMastery released the Webinars this week as part of the launch of its new TriMastery, 8 Week online training course.

TriMastery Founder and Coach, Suzanne Atkinson, commented on the webinar and the launch of the 8 week online triathlon training course: "I am very pleased with the large amount of interest in the Webinar that we received from our growing list of Triathletes at TriMastery. In the Webinars, head Coach Suzanne Atkinson gave an hour long seminar in the Science that governs Triathlon training, the proper form for Triathletes in all 3 sports, and the way to apply science and form to a well planned fitness plan. Over 200 people attended the webinars, and sent a series of questions and positive feedback regarding the level of knowledge they gained.

Head Coach, Suzanne Atkinson runs a triathlon coaching company in Pittsburgh, PA called Steel City Endurance. Just three years after becoming a coach, she is now in charge of curriculum development for Total Immersion Swimming's coach training program. She also runs a local bike racing team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Atkinson also attended a number of running clinics and seminars with the world’s top Triathlon Running coach, Bobby McGee. In addition, she a licensed physician.
