Westridge Builders announces the grand opening of new a ranch model, the Verona II, in Carter’s Crossing subdivision, and a new model in its Life line of homes, the Brookside Craftsman, in Spencer’s Pass. Both are located in Menomonee Falls.

On August 18, 2012, the models will open in coordination with the Metropolitan Builders Association Parade of Homes. Both Carter’s Crossing and Spencer’s Pass are located off Silver Spring Drive, just minutes from Quail Hollow, the site of this year’s parade. Guests can visit the models and receive a five-dollar game card to Stonefire Pizza with their Parade ticket stub.

The Brookside Craftsman is an updated version of Life Home’s popular Brookside series. “This home is arguably the best family home out in the market. It’s a must-see,” says Carl Tomich, president of Westridge Builders and Life Homes.

The Verona II features an updated split ranch design with impeccable details inside and out. The great room has a unique wood ceiling to compliment the other wood beams and custom cabinets throughout the living, kitchen and hearth room.

The high-end finishes are what everyone always remembers and expects in a true first-class Westridge Masterpiece. It has a finished lower level that adds another bedroom and full bath, along with a complete bar, 2-way fireplace, rec area and sunken home theater.

“Peoples’ jaws are going to drop when they enter this new design; it’s really top notch,” states Carl.
