[Shoreview, MN, July 23, 2012] -- Dr. Vivi-Ann Fischer has been appointed Chief Clinical Officer with Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. (ChiroCare) in Shoreview, effective June 21.
Dr. Fischer will oversee chiropractic care programs within the organization. ChiroCare is the nation’s first chiropractic network and the largest independent network of chiropractic providers in the upper Midwest, with 1,600 chiropractic locations throughout Minnesota and bordering areas of North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin.
Dr. Fischer brings 25 years of clinical care and 20 years of managed health care experience to the position. Dr. Fischer is a chiropractor and owner of Plymouth Grove Chiropractic in Plymouth, MN. She previously practiced in Duluth. She currently serves on the Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) Board of Trustees and has served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Fischer graduated with her Doctorate from NWHSU. She has a Bachelors’ of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. “Dr. Fischer’s clinical experience and her familiarity with ChiroCare make her an excellent addition to our staff,” said Tabatha Erck, ChiroCare’s Chief Executive Officer.
