Cloud-based public disclosure research tool DisclosureNet™ has undergone a full rebrand and is emerging with a more contemporary and engaging identity. Formerly known as XPI Inc., the company has officially been renamed DisclosureNet Inc. and is thrilled to unveil a redesigned website, new logo and refreshed corporate voice; all vital elements to its updated brand personality.

Originally founded in 2002 as XP Innovations Inc., the company transitioned to XPI Inc. in 2009. The name change to DisclosureNet Inc. reflects the company’s shift toward more product-focused branding. “We live and breathe DisclosureNet,” says President and CEO Stephane Jasmin, explaining the rationale for the change, “so we want to hone in on our product and really own it within the marketplace.” Going forward, the name DisclosureNet Inc. will replace XPI Inc. within the software and on all communication materials. The company will uphold its commitment to providing a great product and will continue to support its principal mandate to lead through innovation.

“We worked closely with The BAT Studio in the preliminary stages of the rebrand to gain valuable insight and to help establish the brand platform,” begins Toan Dinh, Director, Solutions and Marketing, “with the remainder being carried out internally. It was an organic process that involved people at all levels in the organization, and we’re proud to reveal it today.” In-house creative designers developed the new website and logo which convey a simple, credible and engaging brand personality. Written communications under the new branding are personable and intelligent, successfully capturing DisclosureNet’s authentic corporate voice and deep investment in its stakeholders.

Additionally, DisclosureNet’s rebrand involves new communication channels including webcasts and whitepapers, which are designed to engage audiences and generate thought and conversations around current industry topics. The company will continue to produce simple and easily digestible multimedia pieces that will help potential and existing clients understand DisclosureNet’s uses and benefits. The content produced by DisclosureNet will be available on the upgraded website. Coinciding with the rebrand, the company is releasing a product update today that was inspired by client feedback, demonstrating the product’s agility and ever-evolving nature.
