Branit FX gets Emmy Nomination for Breaking Bad VFX

Branit FX has been nominated for a 2012 Prime Time Emmy Award by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for their visual effects work on AMC's Breaking Bad.

Bruce Branit and Branit FX, based in Kansas City, have been nominated for a 2012 Prime Time Emmy Award by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The nomination is for Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Supporting Role. The award is in honor of their excellent visual effects work on AMC Network's heavily awarded show Breaking Bad. The critically acclaimed television show garnered a total of 13 nominations including Best Drama, Best Actor, two Best Supporting Actor nominations and Best Supporting Actress.

Branit's nomination as CGI Supervisor is his 5th Emmy nomination in a Visual Effects category. Also nominated was Branit FX's Sean Joseph as CG Artist. The company was also honored previously this year by the prestigious Visual Effects Society for their work on Breaking Bad.

Branit FX is based in Kansas City and works extensively in high end visual effects for television, feature film and commercials.
