Hypnosis can be used to subconsciously trick your brain into doing the things you want, like thinking like a millionaire.

Mind Movies co-founder Natalie Ledwell announced today the release of an exclusive interview on The Inspiration Show, featuring self-proclaimed “mad scientist” and hypnotist Tellman Knudson. During the 15-minute interview, Knudson shares how he used hypnotherapy and visualization to overcome ADHD and a lifelong degenerative bone deformity.
Knudsen shared that he first became interested in hypnosis in college after studying brainwaves, which offered him his first glimpses into altered states of consciousness. This interest eventually led him into more extensive brain research, which evolved into several professional certifications in hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Knudsen now lends his expertise to multiple hypnotherapy clinics across the US, and has founded a worldwide online hypnotherapy practice.
According to Knudson, hypnosis is not just for entertainment. In fact, he says the top five uses for therapeutic hypnotism are weight loss, stress reduction, to stop smoking, overcome insomnia and reduce chronic pain. Other unconventional uses for hypnosis include overcoming disabilities and managing ADHD, which Knudsen claims he was able to cure through hypnosis.
In 2009, Knudson made national headlines when he ran barefoot across the continental U.S. to raise money for charity, later meeting with former President Bill Clinton. What makes this feat especially impressive is that Knudsen was born with femoral anteversion, a degenerative bone deformity that left both of his feet pointing 45 degrees inward. Using visualization and hypnosis, Knudsen beat all odds by overcoming the condition and becoming a long-distance runner.
Knudson has recently begun exploring using hypnosis as a means to help those struggling financially to cultivate an "abundance mindset" to help them eliminate debt and increase their income.
“Hypnosis can be used to subconsciously trick your brain into doing the things you want," said Knudsen, "like programming your brain to automatically take on new mental patterns and start thinking like a millionaire."
