Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca hosts Strider Adventure Zone and World Cup event this weekend.

Adventure Zone Smiles!

Bringing the Strider World Cup™ and Strider Adventure Zone to the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix creates an event with something for the entire family.

Strider Sports International, the world’s premier manufacturer and marketer of children’s no-pedal balance bikes, is bringing the Strider World Cup™ and Adventure Zone to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca located at 1021 Monterey-Salinas Highway, Salinas, CA 93908 July 27-29 for the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix.

This STRIDER® Adventure Zone will be open for all three days of the event: July 27, 28 & 29 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The Adventure Zone gives kids 18 months to five years old a chance to test ride a STRIDER™, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a STRIDER-designed area. This safe and friendly environment encourages kids to explore mobility on two wheels and experience the challenge and thrill of riding a STRIDER on unique terrains and obstacles.

On Sunday, July 29th at 10:30am, the Adventure Zone becomes the STRIDER World Cup® race course. Five-year-olds will kick off the first race at 11:00am, followed by four, three, and finally two-year-olds. All racers will receive a medal for their participation and completion of the course.

You can join in the fun by registering for the race on-site between 9:00 and 10:00am on July 29th. Participating in the race will qualify the racer for the Strider World Championship in Florida at Sarasota BMX this fall.

Strider Sports International CEO Ryan McFarland says, “At Strider, we love seeing really little kids light up with excitement when they get that first taste of freedom, mobility, and adventure that comes from their first bike experience. We’re thrilled to have the Mazda Raceway promoting Strider Cup Racing and the Strider Adventure Zone program as we believe it will further fuel that budding passion for riding on two wheels and inspire other kids to get outside, get on a bike, and give it try.”

Gill Campbell, CEO and General Manager of Mazda Raceway, adds, “We couldn’t think of a better partner than Strider Sports to help reach out to our youngest fans. Bringing the Strider World Cup™ and Strider Adventure Zone to the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix creates an event with something for the entire family.”
