Hogard, a Certified Public Accountant, comes to Settlement Capital with 25 years of management and financial leadership. Most recently, Hogard was at First Capital in Oklahoma City where he played a key role in its growth from $70 million in assets to $1 billion in assets in just five years. He was also instrumental in obtaining and managing financial relationships with major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Chase, DZ Bank, WestLB, Key Bank and others. Hogard’s career has included positions at Southwestern Bank in Oklahoma City, Central Bank & Trust in Fort Worth, and KPMG in Oklahoma City.
On his appointment to CFO, Hogard said “Combining my financial expertise and creativity with the ability to clearly communicate has enabled me to be a strong bottom line producer.
