With spring just around the corner, the popular Australian organic baby clothing label – Master and Miss – has just released its latest spring/summer collection.
Staying true to the label’s philosophy that kids clothing should be not only vibrant and comfortable but Australian made from quality organic fabrics, creative director and founder Liane Shannon said the company was thrilled to release the first part of its exciting new collection.
“Master and Miss began out of my own concern over how many Australian children’s clothes were being made overseas from poor quality fabrics that can actually be harmful to children’s skin.
“Our plan was to create a fun, fashionable label that parents could feel great about buying from. We pride ourselves on being Australian made, 100% organic, Fair Trade and sweatshop free. Of course being fashionable, comfortable to wear and well priced are also key components of everything we produce.
“Our new spring/summer collection naturally ticks all of those boxes and is in fact our most vibrant and exciting collection to date,” said Ms Shannon.
Designed and made in Australia – colour is key throughout the entire collection. Classic white infant clothes and girls dresses coupled with bright screen prints are perfect for summer wear. And like everything in the Master and Miss range, every item in the new collection is designed to be mixed and matched to ensure optimal wear throughout the seasons.
“We all know kids grow out of things so quickly, which is why seasonal clothes are so impractical. An important criteria for us is ensuring our clothes can be paired up or down across the seasons. A Master and Miss garment is not intended to be something your child will wear once or twice in a season but many times throughout the year.
“Our Hot Pink Lily skirt, recently featured in Mother and Baby, is the perfect example of this philosophy. It looks great with leggings and boots on wintery days or a cute pair of sandals during spring and summer.
“It’s always been important to us to differentiate ourselves from other major children’s brands that are often high-turnover pieces that wear far too quickly. Customers can be assured that every time they purchase a Master and Miss garment, they are purchasing a high-quality, great-value garment and supporting the Australian economy at the same time,” Ms Shannon said.
Master and Miss is a 100% Australian and 100% certified organic children’s clothing range. The second part to the Master and Miss spring/summer collection is due out in October.
