About the Author
Chef Kelly is a chef and avid boater with over 40 years of experience cooking and boating around the globe. He started his first of seven restaurants in his teens and began his life on the water before he could walk. Early on he combined his passions for cooking and boating and spent much of his life perfecting his craft in the galleys of yachts and sailboats in Europe, North America, the Caribbean, and South Pacific. Chef Kelly has left his culinary stamp with numerous gourmet boating enthusiasts. He currently lives off the coast of Vancouver, B.C. and spends his days cooking and boating with family and friends.
