A political documentary that aims to shock people out of their comfort zones about the future of the world based on documentary evidence of what has been going on since 1945 is in the book titled Betrayal written by Ashley Smith. It is a chilling indictment on the ways in which, society, civilization and, the ordinary people have been betrayed by those that should protect, guard and guide them.
This book explores the present political climate of the world, specifically Europe – the Vatican and USA.
It clearly shows what is happening in the world today. It brings out into the open a lot of controversial issues. It deals with how everyone has been betrayed and is still being betrayed by the people at the helm in one way or another. It is well researched and has supporting evidence as well as personal experience to back up the analysis. There are also maps and documentary photographs as supporting evidence for some chapters.
This book will be an eye-opener for many but it will upset a great many more because of the controversial nature of its contents. It is a book for those with an open mind, those who truly care for the welfare of mankind, those who are ready to join in to fight for a better, more humane and moral world, and those who would try and stop the tide of the fast approaching Third World War.
Furthermore, this book will make a difference, perhaps by giving a voice to the voiceless, hope to the hopeless and justify those who believe the world is taking a wrong route. We individuals have a duty towards humanity to bring peace and amity and to make the world a better place; and knowing the wrongs done in our names, will give us the power to stop such deeds in the future because knowledge is power!
