The practice is implementing Proclaim for all staff, with Case Management solutions in the conveyancing, matrimonial, and personal injury teams. In addition, McKeag & Co is taking a Proclaim Matter Management solution for non-prescriptive work areas. To provide a solid methodology for managing prospective clients, the firm is also implementing Proclaim’s recently released ‘New Business Enquiries’ toolset to streamline enquiry management and file opening procedures.
