UK web hosting company Heart Internet has announced they are expanding their domain name services by enabling customers to backorder domain names.

UK web hosting company Heart Internet (http://www.heartinternet.co.uk) has announced they are expanding their domain name services by enabling customers to backorder domain names.
Alongside the existing domain registration services, customers are now able to monitor domain names and register them as soon as they become available.

Around 400,000 domains expire every day when registrants fail to renew their subscriptions. With people looking to secure the best and most original names as quickly as possible before they miss out on their preferred domain, backordering puts the customer at the front of the queue for their favourite domain and lowers the risk of losing out to someone else.

“Backordering domains will allow people to snap up the domain names they want without taking the risk that someone else will get them first,” said Heart Internet director Tim Beresford. “This new product will give customers more choice and flexibility when shopping for domains.”
