Recreational Divers Flock to South Florida for Mini-Lobster Season

Waterfront Properties and Club Communities’ summer sales are heating up as South Florida families flock to northern Palm Beach County in search of the good life.

Agents at the Jupiter, Fla., brokerage have closed more than 80 deals in June and July and have helped their clients become familiar with the vibrant seaside community and what is has to offer.

Residents have another exciting opportunity to get wet when mini-lobster seasons descends on the area every year. It kicked off July 25 and runs through July 26.

During the two-day recreational event, divers can catch up to 12 lobsters per person per day in Palm Beach and Martin counties – an appealing activity that attracts seafood lovers from all over the state.

With so many outdoor amenities in their proverbial back yards,homes for sale in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and North Palm Beach attract buyers from all over the world who want to live amid beauty.
