NetREIT Dubose Announces Its 23rd Consecutive Cash Dividend

NetREIT Dubose Model Home REIT, Inc. (NetREIT Dubose), a Maryland corporation and majority owned subsidiary of NetREIT, Inc., has declared a cash dividend for June, 2012 to be paid on July 31, 2012 at an annualized rate of 7.15%. The company is pleased to be able to reward investors with these types of returns especially during the current economic climate.

NetREIT Dubose, through its operating partnership NetREIT Dubose Model Home REIT, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, invests in properties containing residential family dwellings. These are constructed by builders for the purpose of leasing the model homes back to the builders under a triple net lease to allow the builder to utilize the model homes when selling the subdivisions.

NetREIT Dubose currently owns models located in various markets including California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and New Jersey. The total appraised value of their property inventory is currently in excess of $20 million.

The management team of NetREIT Dubose possesses significant experience and has purchased and sold approximately $1 billion worth of model homes during their 27 years in the business. This marks the 23rd consecutive cash dividend declared by NetREIT Dubose.

“Consecutive cash dividends of this nature prove that NetREIT Dubose is on the right track with its investment strategies. By purchasing these residential family dwellings at attractive prices, and then leasing the homes back to the builders, NetREIT capitalizes on every possible return on our investment dollar,” said Larry Dubose, CFO of NetREIT Dubose.
