The store’s Facebook page — https://www.facebook.com/MercedesBenzEncinoInLosAngeles — has rapidly grown in terms of consumer engagement—at a rate far outstripping all other luxury car franchised stores in the nation. The second place store (also in Southern California) had less than half the interations in comparison—according to Facebook’s Insight Analytics.
Facebook Insights show a variety of valuable statistics for page owners to assess their social media effort, reach and relevance. The statistics captured ranged from 6/26/2012 through 7/26/2012.
“The Southern California Luxury Car Market, from San Diego to Orange County to our home turf in Los Angeles has the most competitive and creative retailers in the nation. That’s why we put such an emphasis on technology and social media,” said Managing Partner Steve Zubieta.
