"The idea is for the videos to cover topics that are important to baby boomers and seniors and give answers to basic questions. They work as a quick visual reference guide for our readers."

LivingSenior.com announces this week the new expansion to their senior living site. The content staff will be opening the doors to a new video shorts series on the sites YouTube channe l. This video series will cover topics related to senior living including independent living communities and retirement financial issues. The videos are set to debut during the July 30th week. James Connolly recently spoke about the videos in the recent LivingSenior marketing and content meeting.
"The videos have been in the works for sometime and we are excited they are ready to debut. The videos will be lead by our content and social manager Megan Coogle and will be approximately three to five minutes. The idea is for the videos to cover topics that are important to baby boomers and seniors and give answers to basic questions. They work as a quick visual reference guide for our readers."
Mr. Connolly went on to say that they hope for the videos is to bring more readers to the site, but to also offer as much communication and feedback as possible for baby boomers, seniors and their loved ones. The videos will be associated with, not only questions from seniors, but also from the theme of the week featured on the LivingSenior site and Senior Center.
"Our daily blog features an aspect of the theme of the week which, later in the day, works into our articles at the Senior Center. The videos will tie into both of these aspects and give another tool or resource to our readers."
LivingSenior.com publishes their blog Monday through Friday at 10am cst. Readers can subscribe to the RSS Feed or follow LivingSenior on Facebook and Twitter. Articles are published to the Senior Center on a regular basis and are featured on the Facebook and Twitter feeds throughout the day.
