Getting Facebook likes and Twitter followers have been made easier with the new features on Keeko’s web design, and the Keeko team have developed some portions of the website that provide information to help users transitioning to the new web lay out.
“Going through changes isn’t always the most comfortable thing, but as part of our customer service, we want to be there for our users to make the transition as less uncomfortable as possible,” says Clicking Labs Creative Director Diana Quartin. “Keeko now has thousands of users and we want to make sure they’re guided accordingly the best way we can.”
The first thing that the Keeko Team encourages their users to do is to explore the new website, as well as send their feedback and inquiries through the chat and email tab they can find at the bottom of the screen. The staff are now well equipped to receive and reply to user queries, as well as chat with users when available online. Their FAQ page is also currently being updated to provide better guidance for their users. There they can find information on how to get an account started, how to assign and earn points, among others.
Tips on getting Twitter followers, getting Facebook likes, and information on social media marketing are also available on the website; these pages can be accessed through the footer links on the bottom of the screen.
In addition, clicks can soon be monitored daily with a new feature incorporated into the user posts. Users will be able to specify a maximum no. of clicks that they can get per day; a note below the new feature will provide a further explanation as a guide.
