Avanta Managed Offices Ltd, the leading provider of flexible work space and support for growing businesses, has taken over the management of 9,000 square feet of office space at 17 Hanover Square, W1, following the signing of a management agreement with Swan Walk in July.
The centre will open for business in September 2012 and will offer serviced office space from one to one hundred workstations, as well as one meeting room for ten people. This deal increases Avanta’s presence in Hanover Square where it already has 12,000 sq ft of space at number 20.

We already have a very popular business centre at 20 Hanover Square and when the opportunity came to open another centre we jumped at the chance.
