Photofabrication Engineering, Inc. ("PEI") announces a full line of "premiums" and "freemiums" for improving the effectiveness of fundraising through direct mail in time for the 2012 "Bridge Conference" at the Gaylord Resort and Conference Center.

PEI's "spinner" ornament

SPINNER

A physical keepsake tells a story about the institution and the mission that the written word just can't get across.

PEI’s new “MINI MEDALLION” is “larger and more detailed than a quarter, but still weighs a lot less”, explains Brook Spaulding, Director of Sales & Marketing for PEI. The mini medallion is easily tipped into a letter or carrier either directly or by insertion into a secondary vellum envelope, poly bag or vinyl pocket.

PEI’s new “SPINNER”, created by PEI’s president, Chip Lehrer, provides the advantage of light weight and a 3D experience upon receipt. Says Chip, “who would have known that our Holiday mailing would open so many doors? Clients and prospects loved how the spinner lays flat and is flexible in the envelope (so it won’t disrupt postal processing equipment) and then ‘spins out’ into a 3D ornament or keepsake!”

PEI has three decorative designers, including Doug Pyron, who work feverishly to help customers (including advertising agencies and direct mail houses) regularly beat their price targets for creative and compelling front end premiums. “A physical keepsake tells a story about the institution and the mission that the written word just can’t get across,” states Doug, “and our photo etching process provides the detail which one just can’t economically achieve with a stamping or casting process.”

Time to market is important in direct mail. As a domestic manufacturer in a modern, single floor 40,000’ facility PEI is ready to meet the challenge of tight delivery dates. “Often our customers like to include ‘Made in USA’ as part of the design, we are one of the very few manufacturers left that can do that and sleep well at night!” adds Bob Rossi, Executive Vice President of PEI.

“It is all about engagement,” adds Brook Spaulding, “so the better the client can engage an existing donor, reach out to a lapsed donor or acquire new donors then the more successful the client will be in meeting their fundraising goals of both dollars and time. We are excited to be showcasing the 'mini medallion' and 'spinner' as well as some exciting new packaging designs for our ornament programs in Booth #4 at the upcoming 7th Annual Bridge Conference held August 7th-9th at the Gaylord Resort and Conference Center outside Washington, DC."
