Chicago, IL (PRWEB) July 31, 2012

According to the Centers for Disease Control, 21 percent of serious teen driver crashes were due to driving too fast for road conditions. With more than 10 million teens on the road, everyone’s lives are at risk. Today, iTeen365, the newest and most technologically advanced in-vehicle teen GPS monitoring device, is pleased to announce they are adding a new feature that will email parents in real-time when their teen is driving over the speed limit.

“Since its introduction to the market, iTeen365 has experienced incredible success and interest among parents who want to be sure their teen does not become another statistic in a fatal car crash,” said Joe McBreen, President and CEO of iTrack365, makers of iTeen365. “Our customers rely on the up-to-date and accurate information that iTeen365 provides them. By adding this new email feature to our product, we hope it further discourages teens from speeding, while improving the safety of the roads for everyone.”

Starting September 1, 2012, all iTeen365 devices will be equipped with real-time speeding email alerts. The new feature will allow parents to set-up an email alert that notifies them immediately when their teen is driving over the speed limit.

iTeen365’s key features have been designed to help teens develop safe driving habits, while giving parents peace of mind. Parents can monitor their teens driving 24/7 – in real time – and create driving reports that can be used to facilitate conversation with their teen driver.

iTeen365 is professionally installed by one of iTrack365’s authorized installers under the car’s dash. Once installed, this compact device allows parents to track their teen’s vehicle information online. In addition to the instant email notifications when speeding, the features of iTeen365’s online tracking system include: showing the vehicle in real time on Google Maps; reporting speed and vehicle direction; displaying the "Bread Crumb" trail of where a vehicle has been (up to 4 months); sending email notifications for unapproved movement of the vehicle and when the vehicle has entered a specific location, exited a specific location; speeding infringement reports; and much more.

iTeen365 can be purchased at http://www.iteen365.com for free with a 2-year service agreement ($34.95 per month). After purchase, iTrack365 will coordinate for convenient installation of iTeen365 via a local authorized installation technician. Mobile installation is currently available in select areas.
