The Kraze, a long running locally owned fitness club in Winston-Salem is debuting a new name and total facility remodel. The changes were done to keep members motivated and on the right track to healthier lifestyles.

The Kraze, a premier fitness center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is pleased to announce that it is debuting both a new name and a totally remodeled fitness facility. After helping countless residents get in shape and stay in shape over the years, the fitness center's owners believe that it's important to make innovative changes to keep members motivated and energized.

The Kraze believes that these changes will help its members stay focused on the fitness center's number one goal: promoting a healthy lifestyle. Among the changes are new additions to the gym's fitness area, as well as the introduction of several new classes. Not everything has changed at The Kraze, though, as the gym is still run by the same owners and is still open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on holidays.

One of the most exciting changes at The Kraze is the opening of "Club Kraze." This is where The Kraze hosts its new Zumba classes. The classes are accented by new lighting and sound system, making it impossible for participants not to get on their feet. Other classes include LA Kickboxing classes, Yoga and Mixed Martial Arts.

Additionally, The Kraze has also revamped its weight lifting and fitness areas. The new, streamlined layout makes it easier for members to maximize the potential of their workouts. To further motivate members as they work out, The Kraze is also introducing a brand new mascot. Many things have changed recently at The Kraze, and members and non-members alike are invited to come experience the new, improved facilities.
