Reroof America Management, the parent company of Reroof America Contractors announced that it has become a founding member of the United Association of Storm Restoration Contractors (UASRC). The UASRC is a non-profit organization made up of some of the most respected national roofing contractors in the nation.

The Problem Is:

Storm chasers have traditionally been at the top of several roofing complaint lists in areas that were recently hit by storms. Unfortunately some of these contractors are unlicensed, and operate with unethical and even unlawful practices. This small percentage of roofing contractors has created this negative image of roofing contractors nationwide.

Help Has Arrived:

With the goal of increasing the level of awareness to the legitimate contractors, provide valuable home owner assistance with their insurance claims, promote positive change to the insurance replacement industry and assist the needs of local residents through a community outreach program, the UASRC was formed with the help of several national roofing contractors and other roofing industry leaders.

The non-profit organization was that was formed by Reroof America Contractors and several other founding members from all over the country, represent the highest level of professional roofing contractors in the industry.

The mission of the UASRC is to promote the highest ethical standards in the catastrophe restoration industry. By adhering to a code of professional conduct, educate property owners about the insurance restoration process and giving back to the community, contractors like Reroof America and the rest of the founders and members are a valuable resource for property owners and insurance providers.

"We are excited to be a part of an organization that not only serves to raise the level of integrity in the roofing industry, but also includes some of the top roofing professionals," said Mark Lenzer, Vice President of Reroof America Contractors.
