After working with graduate schools, businesses and military groups for so many years, we became experts in understanding exactly what it is they need to make a book program successful.

The Virtual Yearbook Staff program was originally introduced in 2005 by Entourage Yearbooks as a solution for Columbia Business School MBA students who wanted a yearbook, but didn't have the time or resources to do the work themselves. Entourage Yearbooks founder and CEO, Elias Jo, recognized the need for a product where customers could submit their content, and the layout and design of the book would be done for them. Virtual Yearbook Staff was soon introduced and gained immediate popularity, not only with graduate school programs, but also with businesses, and military groups.
With the re-launch of the Virtual Yearbook Staff program on August 1st, Entourage Yearbooks is introducing new features to the program that make it even easier for schools and organizations to start and execute successful yearbook projects. Entourage Yearbooks provides a custom website for each organization to collect, store, and organize their photos and content. New additions to the website now include the ability for customers to sign in, view yearbook proofs, and make corrections all online.
"After working with graduate schools, businesses and military groups for so many years, we became experts in understanding exactly what it is they need to make a book program successful," said Entourage Yearbooks Graphic Designer, Missy Winka. "We have re-designed the structure of the Virtual Yearbook Staff product to make it, hands down, the best yearbook option for graduate schools, businesses, and military groups."
The most significant change to the program structure is that now customers don't need to know how many books they would like to order when they sign up. Entourage Yearbooks has set a flat yearbook price starting at $21.95 for soft cover books, and $32.95 for hard cover books, no matter how many books are ordered. This new structure makes it easy for customers to start their project without having to stress about reaching a minimum number of book sales.
"The re-structure of the Virtual Yearbook Staff program was based on examples that we saw working in our most successful Virtual Yearbook Staff customers' projects," said Winka. "The prices and packages available mirror the yearbooks created by past customers. Now we provide the professional quality design, and a perfectly priced package... it's a low risk proposition, the books pretty much sell themselves!"
