Everywhere you turn there is another report, political advertisement, or survey released that says the U.S. economy is barely growing and is not adding jobs. Despite a lot of the negative press there are companies working hard to add employees to keep up with their rapid growth. According to TD Bank’s survey, out of 500 small businesses surveyed, 35% were understaffed and only 21% of this amount plan to add employees to their company. ReliaQuest has bigger plans. Most of the survey’s results were in fear of the U.S. economy decline, but ReliaQuest has not recognized any decline in work for its employees.
