NEXTLEVEL’s High Impact Advanced Train the Trainer Boot camp is ideal for Trainers, Coaches, Consultants, Sales VPs, Sales Managers, Sales Trainers, HR Trainers, Corporate Trainers and Facilitators who have some prior training and presenting experience. Limited to 8 training participants only, the USP of this trainers training boot camp is a ‘Small group setting for maximum learning.’ There are 8 different modules and topics that focus overall on hands-on presentation, facilitation, training, coaching and influencing skills.
One of the most important aspects of this unique Train the Trainer session is that NEXTLEVEL’s High Impact Training allows participants to practice and train back the knowledge that they acquire while being video-taped. These interactive sessions not only enable them to apply and test their own content and delivery, but also catapult them from a participant to a trainer. Cesar V. Teague, a Trainer, Coach and Facilitator at NEXTLEVEL says, “The Advanced Train the Trainer Boot camp is a ‘hands-on’ boot camp where we offer all the participants ongoing opportunities to practice and hone their abilities” adding that “This approach helps participants boost their confidence as we offer participants a safe space to learn, practice, and model High Impact training techniques.”
Every participant receives a 15 minute video of their training using their own current material edited by Haiku Films.
Cesar V. Teague and Peter Khoury provide all the participants ongoing valuable coaching and feedback as they practice and engage in NEXTLEVEL’s High Impact Advanced Train the Trainer Boot camp. The purpose of this trainers training boot camp is to highlight the importance of effective communication, body language, and facilitation skills for maximum effectiveness, and it also includes sharing a number of hands-on techniques for training, coaching, and positively influencing participants.
