Texarkana, TX (PRWEB) August 02, 2012
The public is invited to hear nationally acclaimed author Jim Comer discuss his experiences and insights on providing care for aging loved ones. The event will be held on August 9th at 10:30 am at the Williams Memorial United Methodist Church located at 4000 Moores Lane in Texarkana, TX; and again at 6:00pm at the Cornerstone Retirement Community auditorium at 4100 Moores Lane.
In 1996, Comer quit his job and returned to Texas after thirty years to care for his parents. This life-changing choice led to a re-discovery of real family values and the writing of “When Roles Reverse: A Guide to Parenting Your Parents.”
Comer provides positive, entertaining and expert insights on important issues related to the care of aging adults. He provides thoughtful advice to help others prepare for moments for which there is often little or no time to prepare. To reserve a spot, call 903-831-2982.
