Conservatory Outlet has successfully incorporated two new window systems into its product range, while at the same time increasing its core UPVC output to consistently more than 1200 frames per week.
Supplying to an expanding network of installers which has more than doubled in size over the past two years, Conservatory Outlet’s success with UPVC has facilitated the necessary investment in machinery, tooling and factory space to offer both Residence 9 and aluminium conservatories, windows and doors.
The Residence 9 profile is the product of Eclectic Systems and Conservatory Outlet Dealers were first introduced to it as far back as the 2011 Dealer Conference in April last year. Since then the product has been brought to market and Conservatory Outlet has become one of the first manufacturers to begin fabricating this profile to create flush sash, timber-effect windows and doors that are ideal for use in conservation areas, as well as for many other applications.
This new product range was officially launched by Conservatory Outlet at its 2012 Conference and more than forty samples have subsequently been made for the various Conservatory Outlet Dealer Showrooms across the UK, which now span from Aberdeen to the Isle of Wight. South Wales Dealer Greenway Home Improvements recently became the first from the Conservatory Outlet Network to register a sale when the installer was commissioned to replace fifteen flush sash timber windows with Residence 9 counterparts at a home in Newport.
In addition to the Residence 9 range, Conservatory Outlet Dealers can now source aluminium double glazing windows and doors from Conservatory Outlet.
Teaming-up with an experienced aluminium extruder and manufacturer Conservatory Outlet is keen to first service the considerable demand for aluminium that already exists throughout the network, but also increase its customers sales of aluminium products using the same retail marketing expertise that currently generates thousands of leads each month for UPVC windows, doors and conservatories.
‘Both Residence 9 windows and aluminium windows are distinctly different products to our core offering which will only serve to open up new markets and increase sales for our customers,’ said Conservatory Outlet Sales Director Greg Kane.
‘For both of these new product ranges we will be employing the same marketing formula which enables us to generate retail leads for our dealers that are distributed free of charge and which, in the majority of cases, result in a sale.’
‘Needless to say, we will continue to develop and improve our UPVC products too, as we have done recently by achieving Secured by Design Certification on a full suite of windows and doors.’
